2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Both employers and job seekers must register to access full features of the Site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false, misleading, or inappropriate information.

4. Services for Employers

Employers may:

  • Post job vacancies and search for suitable candidates.
  • Access candidate profiles and contact information for recruitment purposes only.

Employers agree that:

  • All job postings must be genuine and legal employment opportunities.
  • Postings must not include any offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
  • Employers are solely responsible for verifying candidate qualifications and backgrounds before hiring.

We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any posting that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Services for Job Seekers

Job seekers may:

  • Register and maintain a personal account.
  • Upload and update their CVs.
  • Apply for jobs posted by verified employers.

Job seekers agree that:

  • All personal and professional information shared is accurate and current.
  • You consent to share your profile and CV with registered employers.
  • You must not impersonate others or use multiple fake profiles.

Job seekers can use LookAtJob.com free of charge.

6. Fees and Payments (Employers Only)

  • Employers are charged for certain premium services, such as job postings, featured listings, or access to candidate databases.
  • All fees are displayed on the Site and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., 18% VAT) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are due in full before the job posting is made live.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of proven system error.
  • We may revise our fees and pricing from time to time with prior notice on the Site.

7. Content Ownership and License

Users retain ownership of all content they post (job descriptions, CVs, etc.).

By submitting content, you grant LookAtJob.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for operational purposes.

You may not copy, distribute, or use content from the Site for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
